Technique Analysis
Record from the hitting side and from behind so we can see the form from start to finish.
Video Duration should be 3 minutes long
Strategic Analysis
Record from behind. Bonus points if the tripod is elevated on the top of the fence.
Video Duration should be no more than 30 minutes
Upload it
You will receive a link to upload your video via Google drive.
Upload to your assigned folder
You will also receive an email to answer the following questions:
What area are you looking to improve? (i.e. forehand, serve, offensive strategy)
Why are you looking to improve? (i.e. need more power, more consistency, finish points)
Do it
Expect to receive an analysis with 24-48 hours of uploading via email
You will receive an in-depth understanding of the issue and methodical solutions in the form of recommended drills and exercises.
